Message My secretary's Nam husband died suddenly in his p/u truck last month from

a diabetic coma; she is to receive DIC. Diabetes is presumed to be a

consequence of Agent Orange, which any Nam Vet was presumed to be

subjected to exposure. Wording on death certificate is important. I was in

Recon 2/1 during 1970 and recd a PH. Best to all of us. Enjoyed the Ft

Mitchell convention but there are not many recon vets because it was such

a small unit. 12 to 15 on patrols usually.

Message It is with great sadness that I inform our members of the passing of our

brother, Chaplain Jon Lindenauer on July 29th. I was informed by his wife,

Constance, that he passed away of complications from Diabetes. Chaplain

Lindenauer was the Battalion Chaplain for 4/31 from 1965-1967.
