my unit and had a Reunion last year. It was a grand time. Now I want to

Message Robert Granado, I saw a tree in triple canopy jungle just like you say with

the leaf. It was lit up like daylight around the tree for perhaps 30 feet or so.

My whole squad saw it and we too took the leaves and put in our helmets. It

was so dark you had to hang onto each others straps to keep from getting

lost before that. We lost grenades, flares, paper tubes and a lot more that

night. That was late 67' near the DMZ. We were 40 miles south of there
