was the call-sign i think. I was on LZ Center and Da Nang. Just wanted to

stop by and say hi. HIGH!! <br><br>Over the years i have searched sites

like this trying to track down my sniper partner. His name was Jerry Sims. I

went to school in N.Y with his older bro but served with Jerry-whom I hd

never met. Go figure. Anyway I have recently found that Jerry was killed

Xmas eve in a car accident his first year home-very sad

Message I served under then Captain Humphries when he was the CO of Co D-3/21

from 2-68 until he was wounded on Hill 104. I still hear from him from time

to time via e-mail. He is living in Germany and is a retired full Colonel. He

was an exemplary CO.
