Name Emily Location Nebraska, USA

Message Wondering if you can help me find the truth. I never knew my father but was

told 1) he served with the 196th in 71-72 in Nam. 2) he was 'medically

discharged' because he developed multiple personalities and 3) that his

records were sealed for 20 years. I'm wondering if that is normal or if it

could help explain things...or, if I've just been lied to. Can I read his records

if he's still alive? If you can help, pls email me, I'll give u his name/dob. I

appreciate your time. God Bless! -Emily
