Message Just checking back. wonder if anyone knows freddie styron, roy

resnichec(sp?), sgt asbury, or if anyone out there remembers me for that

matter. I was in the first hooch as you came into camp. Does anyone

remember camping next to the nasty little drainage ditch under shelter

halfs and sleeping on sand bags before the hootches were built? Some guy

got stung by a giant centipede in the night... I think somebody killed a

green mamba in that area. The site was to the east of hq/hq det main

Message Larry--not surprised to read that this will be your first reunion. You will see in

July that the amazing experience of reconnecting with your boys will cause

you to forget your surroundings. A (preferably) dry poncho liner and a box

of c-rats would suffice. Hold on brother: you are in for a great ride. Byron
