Message Joe<br>I was on Center in 68 &amp; I remember the N J Firing 16&quot;

guns over LZ Center to the north &amp; west. We could see the flash from

the N J on the horizon to the east. When the round went over Center ti

sound like the size (about 2700lbs) like a VW Beetle &amp; when it hit the

LZ whould shake. It was a beautiful night knowing the VC were on the

Message Al from Utah, <br>I remember while in FDC for 3rd/82nd Art. sometime in

mid 68 clearing grids for battleship NJ to fire inland. I was on LZ West at

the time I believe. Memory is going and don't remember if this was for

actual fire mission targeting Charlie or Just practive.

Message I appreciate the concern about Rocky Devereaux and prostrate cancer.

Although he did have prostrate cancer, apparently he died of a heart attack

while assisting at a fire of a neighbors house. Anybody out there from A
