I Served in Vietnam from 7-9-68 to 7-8-69. I was with the 23d MP CO. in Chu Lai. HHC 196th 4/31 INF Americal Brigade. Charlie co. 4/31 196th INF Americal and Delta co. 4/31 196th Americal. I was a weapon inspector and Armorer. I'm trying to find another guy that may have witness a event in May of 69. When the NVA's tired to over run LZ Baldy. When a good friend of mine was Kill. I joined the 196th in Devens October 65, left Chu Lai July 67 was with HHC MP Platoon. Looking for Major Lincoln F. Brigham or his son Sfc Clinton Brigham Ret. Great site

Does anyone remember the MP Platoon, HHC, 2nd. Bgd., 5th Inf. Div., that became the MP Platoon, HHC, 196th Lt. Inf. Bde.? I was a part of that platoon (but separated from active duty) before they shipped over to Viet Nam. Contact me, please!
