Joe:   I am not sure how the more recently approved forms of leukemia are being dealt with, but my claim for CLL went through pretty quickly several years ago.
All I needed was my (non-VA) hemotologist's diagnosis.  I had been diagnosed years before the VA recognized the connection with Agent Orange.
I had great service from my county Veterans Service Office and used the Americam Legion as my representative though I am not a member.
I think that using one of the many available reps (DAV, VVN, etc.) may be the best single step a claimant can make.
100% rating is common.
Good luck and keep us informed.

Angina is included under the new category Ischemic Heart Disease caused by Agent
Orange.  You will get 10% for angina alone.
