The website "U S Veterans Compensation Programs"

http://www.veteranprograms.com/index.html

has been mentioned here before.  This morning I was surprised to see that it seems to be supported by a outfit called VBL

http://www.veteransbenefitleverage.com/Sell_My_VA_Disability.html

I have never heard of this kind of program.  I imagine it is legal, but is it good for disabled veterans?

I expected some reaction to, or discussion of, this practice.
It seems a little like the payday loan outfits or reverse mortgage purveyors.
I doubt they are in business to do favors for vets or anyone else.

Jim,  I've never heard of VBL.  The "sell my VA disability" deal sort of sounds like those commercials for selling structured annuities. I agree with you in that they probably are not  out to do us any favors.  Thanks for bringing it our attention.
