On Oct 09, 2007 we started a Google Group. The name of the group is Co. C 4/31 196th LIB Americal Div…This is not a Public Group and as such is not listed in the Google Group List. Non-Members must request to become "members". Who can apply? Although it is primarily geared for Co. C veterans, any one that served with the 196th LIB will be considered. There is no cost involved…

We are very proud of the online picture album we are building. We currently have 250+ pictures. We have pictures taken during our tour (Hiep Duc area mainly), the world famous Chu Lai Hilton, LZ West etc. Members are encouraged to upload pictures to be included in the album. We have research software links to help find your friends and we are encouraging our members to fill out the "Members" section of the Group as this will be available to all members who are seeking their buddies. This "Members" section will include names, Email Addresses and any other pertinent information members are willing to post.

We also have a link to maps available online. They cover an area from north of Da Nang to south of Chu Lai all the way to the Laotian border. These maps are real great maps that are available online. We are also very proud of the Hiep Duc map. This is the real army map we used.

This information will ONLY be available to Members who join our Google Group.Members can also post items of interest to other members.
